What is the biggest impact you’ve seen during your board tenure?

Increased focus on: i) the people who require healthcare – patients.; ii) the people who deliver healthcare – healthcare workers; and iii) the people who are affected by healthcare – families. There is a people culture at the Collingwood Hospital that is tangible and contributes to outstanding care – for everyone.
