Jesse Dees, CFRE, is the Chief Development Officer at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation. In this role, Jesse is responsible for the strategic execution and management of the Foundation’s overall fundraising strategies and assisting the President & CEO with the management of operations. Her portfolio also includes the management of Communications, Major and Planned Giving programs.

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from York University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Fundraising and Resource Development from Georgian College, where she served on the Advisory Committee for the program after graduating. Jesse also has a certificate in Major Gifts Initiatives & Capital Campaigns from the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Business and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy.

Jesse earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation in September 2017. In August 2018, she was named as one of the Association for Health Care Philanthropy’s Top Forty Under Forty leaders in North America. Jesse previously served on the Board of Directors of My Friends House in Collingwood.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys hiking the beautiful trails in South Georgian Bay with her husband Dylan and their two dogs.
