CGMH Foundation Connects with Monaco Condominium Residents to Share the Vision for Tomorrow’s Hospital

Collingwood, ON – August 11, 2026 – The CGMH Foundation recently visited the residents of Monaco Condominiums for an engaging evening of conversation around Tomorrow’s Hospital. The event brought together community members eager to learn more about the future of healthcare in South Georgian Bay, and the enthusiasm throughout the event was truly inspiring.

The event allowed residents to hear directly from the Hospital and Foundation leadership about Tomorrow’s Hospital and ask questions about the project and fundraising campaign.

“Our thanks to the CGMH Hospital and the Foundation for providing this important information presentation,” said Michelle FitzPatrick, a Monaco condominium resident. “We had a large turnout of our residents, and the overwhelming feedback was so positive. We came away informed and excited about all the hard work that is being done, and we understand the need and potential to help build the best hospital possible for our community.”

“There is something really special about bringing Tomorrow’s Hospital directly into the community and having these conversations in person,” said Lee Skovsgaard, Philanthropy Officer, CGMH Foundation. “The residents of Monaco Condominiums were engaged, thoughtful, and genuinely excited about what we are building for South Georgian Bay. We left the evening feeling grateful and inspired, and we look forward to similar conversations across the region.”

The CGMH Foundation welcomes the opportunity to connect with communities, organizations, and groups who want to learn more about Tomorrow’s Hospital. If your community is interested in hosting a conversation, please reach out at [email protected]
